Franklin's General Outpatient Program (GOP) is designed to serve chemically dependent individuals who want to achieve sobriety and learn how to deal with problems created by addiction on an outpatient basis.
Answering yes to two (2) or more of these questions indicates a potentially significant problem.
Lives shattered by drugs and alcohol can be restored once the addicted person makes a sincere decision to become sober. People often assume that those with addictions should be able to quit by simply making up their minds to do so. People with addictions cannot quit on their own. Addiction is an illness that affects the brain's biochemistry. Often addicts can achieve and maintain sobriety when they are exposed to the tools necessary to build a chemical free lifestyle. People with addictions cannot quit on their own. Addiction is an illness that requires treatment. Treatment may include counseling, behavior therapies, self help groups or medical treatment.
